There are lots of ways to make coffee-flavoured ice cream, but this is by far our favourite. We’ve discovered that using a quality freeze-dried coffee (it exists!) produces the most crowd-pleasing flavour that is most true to the taste of coffee. We also add a touch of  palm sugar and a hint of unsweetened chocolate to round out the flavour.
